ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing Team Members to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be working in a cleanroom environment manufacturing high-quality medical device components. You’ll follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict quality standards to ensure products meet all specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manufacture products according to standard operating procedures and production schedules
• Conduct 100% inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform product testing using measurement and testing equipment
• Accurately complete all required documentation (paper and electronic)
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, Team Leaders, and Supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and order around your work area and equipment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist with training new team members
• Maintain high output, yield, and efficiency levels
• Always adhere to Quality, GMP, and EHS standards
