JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate, maintain troubleshoot and repair high speed, highly technical computer-controlled manufacturing and packaging equipment Responsible for logistical module management associated with daily operation of the equipment Perform quality checks and recording them in our automated computer system programs Interpret statistical data to make quality and productivity decisions, we’re a data driven company Maintain our work area in accordance with all sanitation and housekeeping standards, safety is our top priority Operate forklifts Communicate maintenance and quality activities by using complex computer reporting systems JOB QUALIFICATIONS: One to three years of industrial experience required, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment. Good mechanical aptitude is required. 3 years of mechanical experience or training. Must have basic knowledge of equipment and machinery. Forklift operating experience a plus. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to apply new work methods effectively. Proven troubleshooting skills. Superior work history, including good attendance.
