Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Job Description: The Role: 此ESC職位的主要任務是負責靜電吸盤維修(E-chuck)與鍍膜服務(coating)，工作內容包含相關的維修流程外也需要與其他技術員配合協作，並在規定的交付時間內完成客戶訂單。 ESC日常工作內容會依實際狀況進行調整，應徵者必須能夠接受工作內容彈性的調整。此外，部門的工作沒有常態性的加班需求, 但若有加班要求發生時，則人員需要能配合加班。除了生產線的維修工作外，也需要支援工程師進行其他任務，例如安全巡檢，環境溫濕度的確認、環境維護6S、維修設備的保養及日常維護、來料品質確認、常用物料點檢。 In this role you will: 負責ESC產品相關的除汙與清洗外，還需要熟悉產品來料檢驗、產品貼合、封膠、塗佈、組裝、平坦度測量、終檢確認、產品包裝、出貨文件確認、終檢數據文件化。依照和客戶約定的交期完成要交付的訂單。可以執行主管/工程師所交辦事項。可以依照訂單需求準備所需要的物料，及確認後續的工作內容項目，並專注於工作且力求品質完善。對工作負有高度熱情且願意分享工作經驗，並持續地改善工作效率。 Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 學歷: 大學以上畢業，科系不拘，機械工程/化工/電子/電機/材料相關背景尤佳。工作經歷: 2-3年以上，產業不拘，工作產業機械/半導體/化工產業尤佳。其他: 因ESC非自動化產線，應徵者必須對於動手操作與組裝工作內容具有一定認知或經驗。工作技能: 態度積極主動、與人溝通能力佳，需要有操作Word & Excel的基本能力。語言能力: 國/台/英語，會簡單英語讀或寫(尤佳)。 Your success will be measured by: 願意聆聽他人意見並向其他人學習。以堅守誠信原則和遵守道德規範的方式在工作上實現最佳成果。善用資源與工具精進成果。可以快速從錯誤中學習到經驗，並且願意分享個人經驗回饋他人。努力在自己的崗位上力求追求卓越，對自己的工作內容感到自豪。 At Entegris, we want you to be part of our culture, which values your unique talents, skills, and experiences.
