REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience would be considered an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Conduct quality checks and tests on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with a focus on safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and continuously improve processes.
• Participate in our continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
