Description $25 per hour seasonal employment (June through October) We are growing and need a teammate to join us in our growth! This position will be responsible for the following: Execute processes and procedures to ensure consistent operating standards are met in the Manufacturing facility. Operate a telehandler to ensure production requirements remain on schedule. Adhere to strict operating standards and comply with specific production requirements. Demonstrate safe work practices and contribute to a healthy and respectful work environment. Assist Plant Operator with continuous improvement efforts to ensure best manufacturing practices are developed and adhered to. Assist drivers with loading and unloading of raw and finished materials. IPS produces HA5®, one of the leading pavement preservation treatments for residential roadways and highway shoulders. HA5 meets the rigid demands for High Density Mineral Bond installations for extending pavement life. HA5 is now protecting over 600 million square feet of roadways across 25 states. Requirements An individual must have basic knowledge of math, measuring, tracking and inspecting. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Past experience in manufacturing or production settings are preferred but not required. Must be mechanically inclined and have a desire to learn. While performing the duties of this job, the Technician is regularly required to stand, use hands to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Must have hand and finger dexterity and must be capable to handling the materials delicately. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
