POSITION SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our high-speed, automated baking line. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated equipment to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient production of high-quality baked products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or automated production preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Operate and monitor high-speed automated baking equipment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine quality checks and log production data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance and QA teams to minimize downtime and uphold product standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and participate in training sessions.
