Description SUMMARY The Manufacturing Technician I performs basic assembly tasks in a structured, team-oriented manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, and safety are essential. This role supports the assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components under close supervision, using established work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints. The technician follows defined procedures, seeks guidance regularly, and is expected to learn and develop foundational skills in aerospace assembly practices. Works under direct supervision. Follows detailed instructions and procedures with frequent guidance.
