Description
We are looking for a highly capable manufacturing technician to join our business's production division. You will be assembling product components, documenting production information, and performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery. To ensure success as a manufacturing technician, you should possess extensive knowledge of product assembly and experience in a similar industry. A first-class manufacturing technician will be someone whose production knowledge and skills result in the manufacturing of high-quality products. Job Description Utilizes routine work orders and engineering drawing, written and/or verbal instructions to build and/or repair assemblies and components. Performs tasks such as Bending / Tacking / Welding / Tweaking / Leak-Testing. Observes all safety standards and maintain a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment and/or leak detectors to test assemblies and components. Receives parts and performs checks to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Job Requirements Minimum completed SPM or possesses Certification/Diploma in any field. Possess certification in welding or any engineering field will be an added advantage Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial. Ability to remain at workstation for prolonged periods Written communication skills to read blueprints and work instruction Attentiveness to detail to spot flaws in products or problems with equipment Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot Time management skills to produce the required number of parts or products each shift Able to work in Night shift
