Description:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be organized and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Show knowledge of standard manufacturing practices in mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Demonstrated knowledge of equipment used within a manufacturing environment, such as hand tools, machine tools,
soldering tools, measuring tools - mechanical and electrical.
- Be a team player, ready and willing to assist others.
- Participate in LEAN activities to improve efficiency and standard work practices.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Participate in problem-solving and improvement teams.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. at a time.
- Must be flexible and available for overtime where necessary.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School or High School equivalent diploma required.
- A minimum of 3-years prior manufacturing work experience
- Degree in a mechanical or electrical field of study preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Produce product assemblies according to established processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure product quality standards are achieved by adhering to all written procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure that any defects incurred during the process are identified and segregated.
- Ability to Cross train on multiple products with the ability to flex where needed.
- Work with team members to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives relating to production.
- Ensure that all machines and tools used are maintained in accordance with company protocols
- Perform additional duties beyond the scope of work upon request.
