Description Job Summary - Responsible for utilizing hand tools, mechanical knowledge, forklift operation, warehouse tasks, as well as assembling and fabricating products using power tools. Essential Job Functions Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate products according to specifications. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process. Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, standing, bending, and squatting. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently. Supervisory Responsibilities · None Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to read a tape measure. Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing setting. Ability to assemble and fabricate products accurately. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and adhere to written and verbal instructions. Ability to work well with a wide range of people. Work Environment Non-temperature controlled manufacturing environment. Protective eye gear required. Work performed inside areas that are adequately lighted, ventilated, and heated. Chemical odor and dust exist. Physical Demands · Frequent lifting of approximately 25-50 lbs. · Frequent lifting of approximately 100-250 lbs. with assistance. · Good finger and hand dexterity, with the ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry. · Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. · Frequent repetitive motion. · Standing for long periods of time. · Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking. · Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions.
