The Manufacturing Technician shall support the production line, efficient maitenance of equipment, to attend the calls of the production area, to inform manufacture engineer of activities and maintenance of equipment to work properly.

In this role, the Manufacturing Technician will:

• Support reduction of the time lost by machine
• Support reduction of the cycle time of the bottle necks in the production line
• To maintain a control of the refreshments of the equipment
• To maintain in good condition the tools
• To maintain his work area clean and orderly tools car
• To maintain and to control the tools of the line in good state
• Other activities assigned by his supervisor
• To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Programming knowledge in PLCs
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic and electricity
• English 50%
• Knowledge of mechanics (Hidrahulic / Neumatics)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Technical career in electronics/electricity or mechanics and/or position experience
• Experience at least 3 years
