Description
Your responsibilities include supporting a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards. Operate and monitor multiple production machines to ensure consistent, quality output. Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily operational tasks. Accurately log machine activities and provide machine coverage during breaks. Communicate equipment performance issues promptly to the appropriate Lead. Follow current process specifications to maintain product and process quality. Maintain an organized workstation and support 6S and continuous improvement efforts. Complete required training, certification, and recertification activities. Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards. Ability to operate equipment and learn computer-based systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logging, communication, and workstation organization. Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts with a rotating day/night schedule. Capability to follow written procedures and safety protocols consistently. Effective communication skills to provide and receive clear pass downs. Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or equipment‑operation environment. Familiarity with 6S or similar workplace organization methods. Demonstrated ability to identify and report equipment issues proactively. Experience participating in certification or structured training programs. A positive, growth‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality and safety improvements.
