Description Job Overview: The AWT Manufacturing Technician is responsible for building specialized equipment to ensure our operations run smoothly. This position oversees inventory management across multiple plants to ensure product availability. Effective communication with team members and other departments is crucial for addressing operational needs and minimizing downtime. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform essential electrical and plumbing tasks to ensure system functionality. Read, install, and calibrate logic controllers. Maintain compliance with company and industry safety and regulatory standards. Build and design specialized equipment required for Field Technicians Collaborate with the Purchasing team to order necessary parts and materials. Work closely with Field Technicians to identify required parts and ensure timely shipping to their loca-tions. Manage and oversee inventory of parts at the shop for multiple plants to ensure availability. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address needs and streamline operations. Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with water treatment systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, and walking for extended periods. Must be at least 21 years of age. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required
