At Professional Hair Labs, we are leaders in contract manufacturing for the cosmetic industry. As we scale our operations, we are investing in the infrastructure, processes, and people that will retain our factory as a world-class, GMP-compliant production facility. We are now seeking a driven and hands-on Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in this transformation.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is not solely a desk-bound role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the floor, gets hands-on with processes, and takes ownership of solving problems and documenting solutions.

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
• Support process improvements and assist in commissioning new production lines.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and visual aids to build out our process documentation library.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, and compliance teams to embed GMP best practices.
• Contribute to cleanroom and quality system improvements as we scale.
• Support ongoing development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products.
