KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Machining & Assembly : Operate CNC machines, automated process lines, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, and specialized fixtures to produce high-precision components.
• Cleanroom Operations : Perform tasks such as bonding, etching, and non-destructive testing (X-ray, FPI, UT) within a cleanroom environment.
• Quality Compliance : Work in accordance with detailed written and illustrated technique sheets, standard operating procedures, and stringent quality control standards.
• Process Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Housekeeping & 5S : Maintain a clean and safe work environment by upkeeping 5S standards and adhering to housekeeping protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience :

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Technical Skills :

• Basic understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings, including 3D feature drawings.

Work Conditions :

• Willingness to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime as needed, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and with machinery.
