- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Soldering experience will be a bonus
- Competence in oral and written communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products.
- LEAN or other continuous improvement will be highly desired

Responsibilities:
ABOUT YOUR ROLE: MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN
Join us as a Manufacturing Technician at Thales Defence Mission Systems Domain, the premier provider of mission solutions for naval vessels. This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere.
LOCATED IN RYDALMERE, ON DARUG LAND, YOUR ROLE PURPOSE WILL BE:
- Perform soldering and integration to IPC standards
- Handle mechanical processing, assembly, and testing
- Prepare technical reports and procedures
- Contribute to HSE improvements
- Drive Lean process improvements
- Accurate record-keeping
