  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Soldering experience will be a bonus
  • Competence in oral and written communication.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • LEAN or other continuous improvement will be highly desired
  • Structured problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN

Join us as a Manufacturing Technician at Thales Defence Mission Systems Domain, the premier provider of mission solutions for naval vessels. This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere.

LOCATED IN RYDALMERE, ON DARUG LAND, YOUR ROLE PURPOSE WILL BE:

  • Perform soldering and integration to IPC standards
  • Handle mechanical processing, assembly, and testing
  • Prepare technical reports and procedures
  • Contribute to HSE improvements
  • Drive Lean process improvements
  • Accurate record-keeping
