    Join our Raymond Team as a Manufacturing Technician!   The Role:   We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Technician who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll perform process audits, assist with warranty claim investigations and defect verifications, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.   What You’ll Be Doing: * Performing process audits. * Assisting CVI with defect verification. * Documentation of Standard Work. * Assist with vehicle inspection. * Analyzing data from previous days defects.   What We’re Looking For: *  2-3 years of manufacturing experience. * Be able to read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, QAPs and functional specifications. * Requires a masterly knowledge of one or more assembly/welding and/or fabrication techniques, tools, test equipment, materials, machines and product. * General understanding of scrap/rework, deviations. * Effective communications skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. * Ability to assess/define problems, collect facts, recommend/implement solutions and follow through to ensure successful completion of tasks. * High initiative, self starter, work with minimum supervision utilizing personal skills, experience, initiative and judgment to determine and implement required course of action.   What Sets You Apart: * Excellent Excel skills. * Data analysis skills. * Weld knowledge. * Process audit experience.   Where and When You’ll Work:   * This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. * Standard working hours are 6am – 2:30pm.   What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:   Wage - $19.76 – 24.08 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
