Location: Fremont, CA, United States Work Environment: In-person (100% on-site) Pay: $40.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Travel: Minimal About the Role We are helping our Client, an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company, find a Manufacturing Technician to join the team responsible for the assembly and testing of autonomous vehicles. In this role, you’ll support vehicle builds, execute test plans, perform sub-assemblies, and assist with bring-up and troubleshooting activities. Your hands-on expertise will help refine systems and accelerate the company’s path toward mass production. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive or manufacturing technician who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and takes pride in quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities Work closely with leads and other technicians on vehicle assembly line builds Perform sub-assembly of smaller components to support production Support bring-up activities, including running scripts and assisting with software testing Conduct light diagnosis and troubleshooting of vehicle issues Execute daily tasks to ensure on-time delivery of projects Provide feedback to engineering and development teams Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines Identify and recommend process improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of technician or manufacturing experience (2–4 years accepted with strong skills) Experience with basic hand and power tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of basic electrical theory Familiarity with electrical schematics and harness drawings Knowledge of CAN/LIN network systems a plus Automotive/OEM experience strongly preferred Positive attitude, team player, and proactive in cross-functional settings Associate degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology also considered Why Join Be part of a growing autonomous vehicle company transitioning from R&D to commercial service launch Contribute directly to next-generation mobility technology Work with cutting-edge systems in a collaborative, hands-on environment Contact: For more information, call Liza at 281-612-18710.
