Manufacturing Technician – Water Systems
Location: Dublin, Ireland (On-site)
Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term
Salary: €45,000–€50,000
About Us
NanobOx is a UCD spin-out developing advanced nanobubble technology for clean water treatment. Our systems improve aeration and sanitisation for aquaculture, agriculture, and industrial applications.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to help build, test, and install our innovative water treatment systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to assemble equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support installations across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Key Tasks

• Assemble and install pumps, valves, pipes, and fittings
• Test and commission prototype and pilot systems
• Support customer site trials and installations
• Keep accurate build and test records

Requirements

• 1+ year professional OR 3+ years practical experience in plumbing, irrigation, or water/gas systems
• Strong practical problem-solving skills
• Valid Irish driving licence
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Authorised to travel visa-free across the UK and EU for installation and commissioning purposes.

Desirable: Experience with pumps, filtration, pipework, pressure systems, or workshop fabrication.
