The Biologics Manufacturing Center (BMC) Inc. is a new biomanufacturing facility created in response to the pandemic. We are looking for Manufacturing Technologist - Media Preparation, Washing and Sterilization who will support the development, implementation and execution of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures for the manufacturing of vaccines and other biologics for human use. The Manufacturing Technologist - Media Preparation, Washing and Sterilization will be responsible for: * Ensuring the preparation of media and buffers by performing chemical weighing, mixing, pH and conductivity measurements, as well as sterile filtration of solutions and filter integrity testing; * Preparing equipment and parts and performing basic equipment maintenance; * Monitoring and ensuring the proper execution of autoclave cycles for sterilization and decontamination; * Performing batch record documentation and cleaning of work areas; * Maintaining up-to-date documentation, including technical records, files and inventories; * Performing calibration of equipment and instruments, verifying their performance and reliability, and carrying out troubleshooting as needed.
