Reimagine What’s Possible We are seeking Manufacturing Tool Technician for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location. The Tool Technician will support the Membrane Solutions organization by ensuring all production tooling is maintained in a ready state. This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration, as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds. Key Responsibilities Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence. Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability. Develop quick-change options for changeovers. Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow. Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization. Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes. Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance. Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts. Perform other related duties as required. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred). Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends. Basic problem-solving skills.
