We are looking for a Manufacturing Trainer working Full Time on Green shift to be based in Chandlers Ford - Warrior Close.  In this role you will be responsible for delivering manufacturing training in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain compliance and ensure the business is audit ready.  You will beresponsible for Production Operator and Technical Operator Certification and Re-certification training. The key objective of this role will be providing training, tests, Certifications and Re-certifications to manufacturing personnel whilst motivating and developing team members through training.
