We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy! Coordinate and eventually deliver technical training for shopfloor associates, ensuring standardized processes, compliance, and skill development. Act as the single point of contact for technical training and collaborate with SMEs and external providers for specialized topics. What kind of work will you be doing? Coordinate manufacturing trainers/buddies at the site ensuring training efforts are consistent, well-coordinated, and aligned with company objectives. May do some instructional design when there is a need for adapting content to site. For more extensive instructional design efforts, works with Training Manager to identify how to resource the effort Serve as the process owner for onboarding and on-the-job training (OJT), working closely with local HR to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Facilitate training sessions at the site if required Oversee the administration of all training activities, including scheduling, tracking attendance, maintaining training records in LMS, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. Monitor and report on training effectiveness and outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts. What will make you successful? You have 3-5 years of experience with training and employee development in a manufacturing environment You have a communicative level of English. You think innovatively and are able to identify solutions that improve processes and increase efficiency. You are organized, communicative, and able to work independently. Knowledge of Lean, familiarity with manufacturing processes, or experience with training documentation is an advantage.
