Job Title: Manufacturing Transformation Specialist, North America Reports To: Sr. Global Transformation and Strategy Manager Location: Waco, TX Job Summary The Manufacturing Transformation Specialist supports strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve manufacturing performance across our manufacturing operations. This role combines project management, data analysis, process improvement, and change management to deliver measurable business results. Working as part of the Transformation Team, this individual will partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and production leaders to develop and execute operational excellence strategies, drive productivity initiatives, establish manufacturing best practices, and support continuous improvement governance across North America. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about manufacturing, process improvement, and solving complex operational challenges. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support manufacturing transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations * Support the development and execution of operational excellence strategy  * Support the development of manufacturing transformation roadmaps and implementation plans * Coordinate the governance of continuous improvement activities and ensure projects align with business priorities * Plan and manage improvement projects from initiation through implementation, tracking scope, timelines, resources, and results * Analyze manufacturing, logistics, and operational processes to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency * Support the development and standardization of manufacturing best practices * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness and sustain improvements * Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, and Quality leadership * Document processes, develop standard work, and help ensure improvements are sustained over time * Prepare and present project updates, findings, and recommendations to plant leadership and executive management * Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative approaches to improve manufacturing performance * Support the development and deployment of operational excellence standards, tools, and best practices across North America   Qualifications Required * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field * 0-3 years of professional experience in operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, engineering, or project management * Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities * Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and drive change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within North America to support manufacturing facilities and improvement initiatives Preferred * Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence * Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and data analysis * Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and business intelligence tools Core Benefits * Competitive salary  * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative and innovative work environment     Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Time Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
