Description We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Manufacturing Trim Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for trimming and routing tubs during the production process while maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Requirements Essential Job Functions Trim the hold-down flange from tubs according to established specifications Route tubs to the drilling area Purge dust collector filters twice daily Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area Follow all safety procedures specific to the work area, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Demonstrate dependability through regular attendance and adherence to schedules and timelines Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals Basic knowledge of the proper use of circular and reciprocating saws Work Environment Standard manufacturing environment Protective eyewear is required Work is performed indoors in areas that are adequately lighted, ventilated, and heated Exposure to dust and occasional chemical odors may occur Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of approximately 25–50 pounds Frequent lifting of approximately 100–250 pounds with assistance Ability to perform repetitive motions Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, push, reach, and perform other physical movements for extended periods Good hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, lift, and carry Requires visual acuity and hearing ability Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check in accordance with company guidelines Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
