WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Manufacturing Weld Shop Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our production operations, leading your team to success with every shift. You'll ensure a seamless workflow while upholding the highest safety standards, crafting work schedules that maximize productivity and efficiency. Embrace the spirit of continuous improvement by actively participating in 5S and Kaizen events, utilizing Lean 6 Sigma Management Principles to elevate production quality. Your expertise in processes and equipment will be invaluable as you troubleshoot issues and collaborate with maintenance & repair teams to keep everything running smoothly. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring products are accurately identified, weighed, and warehoused, all while training and managing your team to reach their full potential. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $27.00-$32.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications. Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma/GED equivalent. At least 3-5 years of welding experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Authorized to work in the United States of America. Proficient in the English language. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS More than 5 years of welding experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. 3 or more years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Lean 6 Sigma Management Principles and practices. Experience participating in 5S and Kaizen events. Prior exceptional work experience with LPOA strongly desired.
