Full-time continuing Excellent benefits & competitive salary Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role Join Te Raupapa | Waikato Management School in a key role supporting Māori tauira success and engagement. This position works across strategy and delivery to help create a learning environment where Māori tauira feel connected, supported and able to succeed throughout their university journey. You will work closely with divisional leaders, the Associate Dean Māori, the Management Student Centre and the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Māori to develop and deliver initiatives that strengthen Māori recruitment, retention and achievement. Grounded in whakawhanaungatanga, manaakitanga, whakawhitiwhakaaro and teina–tuakana, the role also contributes to building cultural capability across the Division and supporting meaningful engagement, events and mentoring initiatives. If you are motivated by impact and enjoy working with tauira, staff and communities to create positive change, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference. The salary is in the range of $85,279 to $97,532 per year, based on skills, knowledge, and experience. This is a full-time fixed-term position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Hamilton Campus.
