Description
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the field of electrophysiology, preferably as a clinical specialist, mapping technician, or similar roles. Proven experience providing in-lab support during procedures (ablations, electrophysiology studies, etc.). Previous participation in product launches, trainings, and post-sales support (preferred). Proficiency in 3D mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite, Rhythmia, or others). Strong knowledge of: Ability to interpret electroanatomical maps and support physicians in optimizing the procedure Excellent customer relationship skills: effective communication, empathy, and a focus on high-quality support. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (sales, marketing, physicians, nursing). Proactivity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Workflow of an electrophysiology procedure. In-lab support during electrophysiology procedures, providing specialized technical assistance. Configuration, operation, and optimization of 3D cardiac mapping systems. Ongoing training of physicians, nurses, and technicians on new technologies and best practices. Support in product launches, clinical demonstrations, and educational activities. Gathering customer insights to contribute to the development of the electrophysiology business line strategy. Ensuring proper implementation of protocols and the safe use of the product portfolio.
Responsibilities
The Mapper will provide in-lab support during electrophysiology procedures and assist in the configuration and optimization of 3D cardiac mapping systems. They will also be involved in training medical staff and supporting product launches and clinical demonstrations.
