Superior Home Products is an established manufacturer of cultured marble products located in Wentzville, MO. We are looking for full-time team members to fill positions in our Marble Finishing department. Responsibilities include: * Operating small hand tools (buffer, grinder) * Polishing various cultured marble products * Packaging and storage tasks * Performing all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures * Loading delivery trucks (on occasion, if needed) * Other related manufacturing/warehouse duties as assigned Requirements: * Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure * Detail-oriented with good organizational skills * Safety-conscious * Good attendance * Buffer, grinder, or auto body detail experience is preferred, but not necessary Physical demands: * Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds * Bending, squatting, and twisting up to 50% of the day * Standing and walking 100% of the day We offer: * Health will start 1st day of month following 30 days, dental and vision insurance after 30 days * Paid time off; including vacation days, sick days, and 9 paid holidays * 401k * Company-paid life insurance

Responsibilities
