We’re currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Merchandiser to help elevate our in-store presence in Sherbrooke. If you love retail, enjoy being on the move, and take pride in how products are presented, this role is a great match for you.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• You’ll spend around 85% of your time on the road, 15% home office visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active on your feet for up to 5 hours at a time.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.

• Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.
• Execute plan-o-grams and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.
• Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.
• Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.
