We are seeking an experienced and proactive China Marcom Manager to lead integrated marketing communications initiatives in China. This role will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, support business growth, and align with global and regional marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with solid B2B marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with China business priorities and regional/global strategies. Lead major campaigns, including product launches, demand generation programs, digital marketing initiatives, webinars, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events. Manage localization and adaptation of global marketing content for the China market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, business units, and regional/global marketing teams to support pipeline growth and business objectives. Drive digital marketing activities across channels including WeChat, EDM, website, social media, and online campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective budget utilization. Support executive communications, PR activities, customer engagement programs, and strategic branding initiatives in China. Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding and communication guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, E.E. or related field. 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in technology or electronics industries. Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns and event management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, especially WeChat ecosystem and CRM/marketing automation systems. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and matrixed multinational environment. Experience working with regional and global teams is highly preferred.
