Responsibilities Lead & Pipeline Support: Manage lead processing within SFDC, ensuring accurate routing and progression through the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL). Support lead nurturing activities and coordinate post-event follow-up actions in partnership with the MPM team. Perform basic data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and usability for reporting and campaign optimization. Event & Campaign Support: Support event and campaign logistics, including vendor coordination, order and PO support, and execution. Assist with campaign execution, post-event reporting, and performance analysis. Marketing Tools & Operations: Maintain HubSpot, BigMarker, and other MarCom platforms for campaigns, webinars, and lead capture. Support reporting, process standardization, and improvements in marketing operational efficiency. Data & Creative Support: Handle basic data processing and automation tasks; Python experience is a plus. Support marketing collateral and digital assets; Photoshop or graphic design experience is preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience with data processing, analysis, or automation (Python preferred) 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, or Marcom roles. Strong knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, webinar platforms, SFDC). Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
