Job Summary: The Marine Forces Special Operation Command (MARFORSOC) Recruiting and Advertising (R&A) Branch conducts activities to identify, recruit, screen and process qualified applicants for MARFORSOC personnel assignments. Assigned contractors work collaboratively with government personnel as part of the R&A team to accomplish recruiting mission objectives. The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for direct supervision and leadership of the contractor workforce and interacts closely with government leadership to assist in the daily management and oversight of the recruiting process.    Responsibilities:  * Provide direct supervision and leadership to all contract personnel, including those in geographically dispersed locations * Serve as the primary interface with the Government COR and appointed Technical Representatives (TRs) to report status, discuss concerns, and ensure service satisfaction * Oversee and approve contractor personnel timecards, leave (PTO), and official travel requests * Assist the R&A Operations Officer in Charge (OIC) with the daily management and oversight of the recruiting process; act as the primary point of contact for operational matters in the OIC's absence, providing continuity and advisory support to government leadership * Generate and submit "final draft" naval messages and Letters of Instruction (LOI) for Government review and release * Utilize the following systems to monitor team performance and applicant status: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), Defense Travel System (DTS), Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS/3270), Marine Online (MOL), and Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) Required Skills and Experience:  * A former Senior Military Leader (e.g., Officer O-4 to O-6, or Enlisted E-8 to E-9) with a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience related to operations, manpower, personnel sourcing, or recruiting            OR * A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as a Senior Program Manager or Director of Operations, including direct oversight of a talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or sales team.            AND   * Must be proficient with CRM (Salesforce), DTS, MCTFS/3270, MOL, and OMPF  * Must demonstrate experience managing geographically dispersed teams * Obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance and valid US passport  Desired Skills and Experience:  * Prior / current work experience with the MARFORSOC R&A program * Previous military experience assigned to MARFORSOC  * Experience / familiarity with USMC recruiting, assignment system processes and force management procedures  Required Background Check: T3i pre-employment background check and drug screening. Verification of DoW SECRET clearance  Type of Employment: Full-Time  T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards.  To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel.  All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP.  Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
