Role: Margin & Collateral Analyst (Derivatives) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract This is a great opportunity to join Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services (PTS) Business, working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services offering has longstanding credibility supporting financial institutions, inclusive of investment banks, asset managers and market infrastructure providers. Our scope of expertise covers the entire post trade lifecycle covering all asset classes and operational functions. This role will focus on Derivatives Operations and Collateral Management within an Investment operations team. Job Description: Support and manage middle-office activities for the end-to-end trade lifecycle of OTC and ETD derivatives. Ensure accurate and timely confirmation and settlement of all derivatives transactions. Liaise with traders and brokers to ensure efficient settlement of trading activity. Manage collateral and counterparty exposures across multiple product classes and various regulations. Perform regular collateral reconciliation between internal records and counterparty/custodian statements. Holistic ownership and understanding of client accounts from an Operations perspective, trade lifecycle, and act as a single point of contact for the business for any liquidity related issues. Collaborate effectively with internal Cash Managers and treasury teams to ensure the appropriate and timely funding of cash accounts required for derivatives margin movements and settlements. Daily cash forecasting in multi-currency portfolios to include overdraft monitoring and fund liquidity reporting. Provide trading desk support to include ad-hoc queries as well as ongoing business initiatives. Proactively review indicators of operational issues/concerns with the goal of resolving such issues before client impact. Provide robust oversight of the derivatives operations functions performed by third-party service providers (e.g., outsourced middle-office). Review account level metrics (i.e. reconciling items on cash/position reconciliations, failing trades, etc.) as defined by operating standards and research, escalate, remediate exceptions as appropriate. Job Requirements: Proven experience in derivatives operations covering the full trade lifecycle (confirmation, settlement, and collateral management) for both OTC and ETD instruments. 3-5 Years' direct experience working within a buyside/asset manager environment . In-depth working knowledge and practical experience with CSA (Credit Support Annex) terms and operations. Proficiency in BlackRock Aladdin platform is essential.
