Description Summary: WindRiver is a dynamic organization with diverse operations spanning real estate, hospitality, club membership, dining, events, golf, and marina management. As a Marina Attendant, you will work closely with the Dock Master and the V.P of Operations to provide smooth marina facility operations. Your main responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, assisting with general maintenance, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a "best-in-class" environment for all members and guests at WindRiver. Responsibilities: Clean marina facilities including pressure washing all docks Handle member and guest requests, or refer to Supervisor when necessary Listen and respond to comments, complaints, or concerns from guests and refer to Supervisor when necessary Maintain the docks and fueling area by following strict procedures for cleanliness and general operation Remove all spider webs and insects from docks Maintain entire facility ensuring it is neat, clean, and free of all trash and waste Handle ordering and cash from ice sales Maintain supply inventory, tracking and reporting when additional supplies are needed Assist personnel in the setup of events Adhere to WindRiver’s regularly updated COVID-19 response bulletin Perform other duties as required by the business Requirements Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old 1-year customer service experience required High School diploma preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, ability to perform a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with staff and customers Team player Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move for up to 8 hours at a time. Job Type: Full - time / Part – time: Position requires 15-20 hours per week in off season and up to 40 hours per week in season. Can work around some school or college schedules.
