Looking for a job where you can be outdoors, work with a great crew, and stay busy in a beautiful setting? We’re hiring a Yard Team Member to join us for the fall season — with a spot waiting for you again in the spring.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly team that keeps things running smoothly around the yard. The work is physical but manageable — a mix of boat care, equipment use, and general upkeep — and no two days are exactly the same. If you like working with your hands and being around good people, you’ll fit right in.

• Helping with boat haul-outs and blocking
• Spotting for the forklift
• Power washing and bottom washing
• Shrink wrapping boats for winter
• Light carpentry and yard maintenance
• Operating a tractor (we’ll train you)
