ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Marine Operations Support Services team, the Marine Applications Analyst will support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of marine operations system across SeaLink Marine & Tourism business units. The role will assist in configuring, maintaining and improving application use to support operational efficiency, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Specifically, a key focus of the role is providing expert marine application support in the configuration, implementation, optimisation and performance of marine operations system such as Helm CONNECT, whilst maintaining application accuracy, asset hierarchies and task structures across business units. Acting as the primary contact for day-to-day user support, troubleshooting and guidance across national operations, there is also a requirement to provide a support service desk function by triaging and resolving incidents.
In addition, the role is also required to support and assist operational readiness and application integration, undertake compliance and performance monitoring, training and capability development and undertake stakeholder engagement and support co-ordination.
Whilst based in Adelaide, the position will be required travel to SeaLink Marine & Tourism business units across Australia to provide onsite system support, training, and implementation assistance as required by operational demands.
