How you'll make an impact Customised Solutions:Work closely with marine clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance and risk management strategies. Industry Expertise:Utilise your knowledge of marine risks to provide expert advice and guidance. Client Relationships:Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders. Market Negotiation:Secure competitive terms and coverage from insurers to meet client requirements. Compliance:Ensure all activities align with regulatory and company standards. What We’re Looking For: Experience:Proven experience in insurance broking, ideally within the marine sector. Knowledge:Strong understanding of marine risks, insurance products, and market trends. Communication:Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Problem-Solving:Ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions. Team Player:Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Qualification: A certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) NB: While you will need to be NZQA level 5 qualified with a Certificate in Financial Services we don’t expect you to bring this to the table.
