As Coastal Engineering continues to expand its presence along the East Coast, we're seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our growing pipeline of complex marine construction projects. Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and progress reporting to ensure timely execution and clear communication. Maintain project cost tracking, budgets, and financial data within Unanet. Support Project Managers throughout project mobilization, execution, and closeout activities. Collaborate with Procurement and Accounting to facilitate purchasing, invoicing, and financial reporting. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project reporting templates to improve consistency and efficiency. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience supporting marine, heavy civil, or industrial construction projects. Proficient in Unanet A/E (or similar ERP) for cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with field and office staff. Working knowledge of contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and project documentation independently. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting USACE, NAVFAC, or DOT marine contracts. Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications. Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
