Due to rapid and ongoing expansion we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Tug Engineers for our Gladstone Operation.
Job Description
Due to rapid and ongoing expansion Smit Lamnalco Towage (Australia) Pty Ltd is recruiting for qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Engineer(s) to join our growing fleet on a 75% permanent part time (PPT) basis.
Where appropriate, training will be provided as part of your job.
Qualifications

The successful applicant(s) must hold a:

  • Current AMSA Certificate of Competency - Engineer Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3. In the case of a Class 3 Engineer, the holder must also possess a relevant trade qualification, being a fitter & turner, electrical fitter, diesel fitter or other equivalent engineering trade.
  • Current AMSA Certificate of Medical Fitness
  • Current Maritime Security Identification Card or the ability to obtain one (MSIC)
  • The right to work and live in Australia.
