About Manor MarineEstablished in 1981, Manor Marine is recognised as a premium full-service shipyard strategically located in Portland Port, Dorset, on the UK's beautiful Jurassic Coast.

Our core services include vessel construction, service, repair, and refit together with marine and general engineering. We support projects across sectors such as commercial maritime, aquaculture, offshore energy, defence, law enforcement, and port services. Our customers range from one-boat owner-operators to large fleet contractors to governments.

We are a UK business with a global reach serving clients as far afield as Kenya, Ascension Island, and Canada. They choose us for numerous reasons. Some enjoy our personable, no-nonsense approach; for others it's our agile problem-solving ability and willingness to take on challenging tasks that other shipyards might decline. For many it is, no doubt, the enviable degree of financial stability we enjoy thanks to having four independent revenue streams. They are:

  • Vessel service/repair/refit/mobilisation up to 50m ashore and ±350m afloat
  • Marine and general engineering, on site and mobile
