We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Marine Logistics & Yard Assistant to support seasonal operations at our marina. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being around boats, and supporting a wide range of marina activities — both on water and on land.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working around boats, water, and heavy equipment.
• Able to operate or learn to operate forklifts and tractors.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in marine systems is an asset.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment and boats.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.

• Assist with boat deliveries and customer boat pick-ups, both on the lake and by road.
• Operate tractors and forklifts to safely move boats around the yard (training available).
• Perform hull washing and prepare boats for seasonal storage or recommissioning.
• Operate or assist with manual and electric boat lifts for launching and storing boats.
• Tow boats and help with their positioning for storage or service.
• Support with basic mechanical tasks (e.g., checking bilge pumps, batteries, oil).
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in the yard and dock areas.
