What you’ll do
We are looking for a Marine & Maintenance Coordinator in the Balance of Plant (BoP) team.
In this position you are responsible for the planning and coordination of the BoP above- and underwater scope of our offshore wind farms. You will be the linking pin between all our offshore windfarms and act as spider in the web between vessels, maintenance teams and our Operations Control Center. Your goal is to keep the state of the windfarms to the required level and contribute to continuous improvement. In this job you will enjoy the support and expertise when required.

Furthermore:
- Bachelor degree, maritime officer or engineering qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the offshore and/or wind sector is a big plus
- Structured, showing initiative and decisive; collaborating and connecting people in an international context
- Be results-oriented; ability to separate the essentials for the nice-to-have and keep a birds-eye view on the projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Dutch and English
You’ll be responsible for
- Safe operation of the wind farms and contributing to a proactive safety culture.
- Providing project safety inductions for contractors, visitors and ship crews.
- Perform vessel inspections before they are allowed to enter the site.
- Coordination between third parties and the EWOO team. For this you approach contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Translating the annual plans per windfarm to daily activities and monitor the progress.
- Chairing the daily coordination meeting between all parties.
- Signaling and analyzing malfunctions and directing maintenance teams.
- Issuing work permits and monitoring the safety of our offshore assets.
- Keeping the availability forecast of the assets up to date, in close consultation with colleagues from the Operational Control Center in Rotterdam.
This is where you’ll work
Eneco Wind has grown in recent years to become the largest offshore wind operator in the Netherlands and consists of a highly motivated team of professionals. The WTG core teams for each windfarm are supported by a centralised Balance of Plant team, a team of Asset analysts and specialists in the field of HSE and Ecology. You will report directly to the operations manager leading the BoP team. Eneco has the following office policy: 40% of the week at the office, 40% working from home and 20% flexible.
