Description
Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance planning and scheduling processes for the site mechanical, electrical and operational teams.
  • Prepare work packs for execution each shift by the fitters / electricians / boilermakers.
  • Preparing shut scope for major dry docking or TSV outages including detailed Gantt charts
  • Developing long term maintenance plans on an 18, 6 and 3-month plan
  • Ensure safety is incorporated into your planned and scheduled work orders with the execution of maintenance functions.
  • Maintain equipment lifecycle history in the maintenance systems for all major and minor tasks.
  • Schedule resources, labour, materials and plant access for preventative, planned and emergency maintenance works
  • Providing communication channels, interface and coordination between projects team and operations
  • Liaise to address any proposed modifications to project scope, schedule or budget and influence to minimise changes.
  • Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities
  • Provide Support to Maintenance department to ensure procurement is streamlined and minimise delay
