Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with advancements in marine technology and repair techniques. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in marine mechanics preferred. Proven experience as a marine mechanic or similar role. In-depth knowledge of marine engine systems, including inboard and outboard motors. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and hand tools.
