Input maintenance records into a preventive maintenance program for marine engines and related equipment. Test and diagnose problems in marine equipment, disassemble units, and perform repairs or replacements. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work area. Create and maintain files related to equipment maintenance and prepare work orders. Participate in the on-call emergency response program and operate necessary hand and power tools. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair. Knowledge of gasoline and diesel marine engines, outboard motors, and hydraulic power units. Ability to diagnose common marine equipment malfunctions. Familiarity with welding practices and procedures. Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
