Job Summary: As a Marine Diesel Mechanic, you’ll be part of a skilled team that keeps high-performance vessels running at their best. The ideal candidate will be skilled in marine mechanical systems, diagnostic software, and troubleshooting methods. Responsibilities: Diagnostics: Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs. Repairs: Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls. Product Lines: Must be comfortable working on all boat systems; Hamilton water jets, Yanmar, Volvo Penta, Cummins, Caterpillar, or FPT engines. Safety Compliance: Performing all work to safety standards and guidelines. Other: All duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
The technician will use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs on marine mechanical systems. This includes performing skilled tasks in diagnosis, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls on specified product lines.
