We’re searching for a dynamic Marine Personnel Recruitment Specialist to lead the full cycle of recruitment—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and securing the best hires. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in refining our recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and driving local initiatives to attract top maritime talent. What you will work on:

  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified seafarers.
  • Create compelling job ads and source candidates through digital channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist top talent.
  • Assist stakeholders throughout the interview process.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and Marine HR Specialists.
  • Administer and analyze psychometric tests.
  • Gather references and ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Track hiring metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain a candidate database for future opportunities.
  • Support employer branding through events, networking, and online media.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify top candidates.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Solid writing skills for crafting compelling job postings.
  • Experience with personality assessment tools.
  • Tech-savvy with a good grasp of HR and recruitment software.
