Job Responsibilities: Marine Engineering in projects Interface activities with T&I contractors Coordination and area responsibility for the Marine discipline as the Discipline Responsible Engineer (DRE) Arranging and leading internal meetings, client meetings, workshops, and reviews Interfacing with internal teams, clients, other disciplines, and the fabrication yard Required Education: Master/Bachelor of Science Required Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine Engineering/Operations design in greenfield/brownfield projects or offshore wind Experience and thorough knowledge of Marine Engineering/Operations according to relevant standards such as NORSOK and DNV Required Qualifications: Efficient communicator, proficient in English both orally and in writing Cooperative working attitude with acceptance of a multicultural team environment A natural team player with the ability to work independently Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements Proactive, seeking advice and sharing experiences with others Innovative approach, eager to improve methodology and solutions through digital tools Work Location: Asker, Norway Planned start date: 02/03/2026 Planned end date: 02/03/2027
