This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential in the marine industry. Automotive, RV, powersports, and commission-based sales professionals are strongly encouraged to apply. Schedule • Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. • Weekday off when working Saturday • Additional hours required during peak boating season What You’ll Do • Sell new and used boats, outboard motors, and marine accessories • Guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery • Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business • Deliver a high-end, professional buying experience • Maintain strong product knowledge of boats and competing brands • Follow a structured dealership sales process • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and inventory • Work boat shows, events, and promotional activities • Follow up with customers before and after the sale What We’re Looking For • Proven success in commission-based sales (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or similar) • Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • Passion for boating or outdoor recreation • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused • Experience with CRM or dealership systems preferred If you know how to sell, build value, and close deals, this is where you maximize your income.
